<p><strong>QUALIFICATION</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an accredited university</li> <li>Minimum of three years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments</li> <li>Proven experience with PLC and industrial automation systems; familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent platforms is preferred</li> <li>Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)</li> <li>Working knowledge of TPM principles and ISO 9001 quality management systems</li> <li>Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA)</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams</li> <li>Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment</li> <li>Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and industrial control systems</li> <li>Ensure maintenance and reliability of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and instrumentation equipment</li> <li>Monitor and analyse equipment performance indicators, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and lead continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Enhance maintenance practices in line with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, energy analysis, and related condition-monitoring tools</li> <li>Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, and applicable regulations</li> <li>Prepare, maintain, and update maintenance documentation, technical drawings, and performance reports</li> <li>Provide technical support during new investments, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities</li> <li>Coordinate effectively with external service providers and supplier partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Global working environment</li> <li>To be part of dynamic Maintenance Team</li> <li>Future oriented career opportunities in other Amcor plants all over the world</li> <li>Individual & professional development trainings</li> <li>Flexible working system</li> <li>13 salaries per year</li> <li>Annual bonus</li> <li>Private health (includes children) & life insurance</li> <li>Bi-monthly shopping checks</li> <li>Employee assistance program</li> <li>Social activities</li> <li>Education allowance</li> <li>Reward & recognition system</li> </ul>
