<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>The Role</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>This position will be responsible for the Accounting function based in Singapore.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial results/management reports</li> <li>Assist in analysis of financial results; preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercises</li> <li>Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and tax filing/compliance</li> <li>Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent</li> <li>Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry</li> <li>Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage</li> <li>Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline</li> </ul> <p><span style="background-color:white;color:white">#LI-Hybrid #LI-HW</span></p></div></div></div>
