Understands Corning's Intellectual property management processes and follows that process in documenting any intellectual property developed as part of a project</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Key Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Lead or support Melting process development and engineering to improve energy efficiency and process emission to achieve business goals.</li> <li>Lead or support the commission / deployment of new technologies related to Sustainability objectives.</li> <li>Lead or support manufacturing capital expansions, startups and equipment repair worldwide <u>as required</u>.</li> <li>Worldwide manufacturing supports.
