Execute experiments and DOEs; collect data and prepare summaries and presentations. Participate in root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions using structured methods (e.g., 5-Why, fishbone, DMAIC) with mentoring.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manufacturing support and continuous improvement: Support troubleshooting of process upsets; perform routine checks, verifications, and calibrations for critical tools and metrology. Assist with capacity expansion activities, equipment trials, and consumables/chemical qualifications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Technology transfer and documentation: Help prepare and maintain SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs/FMEAs, PCPD, training materials, and compliance documents (MSDS/SDS, RoHS/REACH). Support lab-to-pilot and pilot-to-MP transfers; participate in training for receiving sites and operators.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analytics and characterization: Perform basic surface/contamination measurements and coordinate advanced analytics with Materials/Analytical teams (e.g., particles, ions/metals, contact angle, roughness). Use basic statistical tools (JMP/Minitab/Excel; Python a plus) to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for review.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">EHS and quality: Follow EHS procedures for chemicals and gases; practice safe handling, labeling, storage, and waste disposal; participate in risk assessments and change control (MOC). Support permits-to-work, incident reporting, and routine safety/5S audits; promote a safety-first and quality-first culture.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional partners to implement solutions.
