Quality management is deeply integrated into Webasto's projects from start to finish, serving not only as a control function but, more importantly, as a key support function.</p> <p><strong>You can look forward to these exciting tasks:</strong></p> <p>• Planning and implementation of the quality concept<br>• Contact person and interface for our customers in all quality matters, especially in the case of technical complaints in serial projects<br>• Tracking of quality targets and derivation of necessary corrective actions<br>• Processing of complaints and problem solutions using the 8D process<br>• Coordination of activities for the preparation and compilation of documents for process and product release (PPAP)<br>• Participation in audits and FMEA sessions<br>• Responsible of creation and updating control plan during launch and ramp up phase.<br>• Responsible for all aspects of gage procurement, including gage quoting, design approval, and customer approval.<br>• Responsible for gage MSA studies in all parties including gage maker.<br>• Create documents called in the control plan.<br>• Train series quality team in product, process controls, gage and all documentation related to the new program.<br>• Participate in GD&T development.</p> <p><br><strong>Here’s what you can bring to the team:</strong></p> <p>• Experience in Product development (e.g. Timeframe, Task list, Documentations) and Product Launch (Full module)<br>• Experience with the selection and use of quality methods (especially problem-solving methods 8-D, ISHIKAWA, 5Why,)<br>• Knowledge of the requirements for QM systems (e.g. IATF 16949)<br>• Good language skills in English required, German is an asset<br>• Ability to make data-driven decisions<br>• High resilience and pleasure in dealing with customers<br>• Basic understanding of all legal requirements<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office<br>• Excellent communication and leadership skills</p> <p> </p><p>Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.</p> <p><b>Your contact person:</b><br> Martin Czembor, People & Organization Grevenmacher, LU </p> <p>Get to know us <a href="https://www.webasto.com/en-int/career.html">here</a> and find out why we are passionate about attracting talent to Webasto.<br> We look forward to receiving your online application!</p>
