Deliver products to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner while maintaining accurate delivery recordsNavigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize time managementCommunicate clearly with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with every interactionMaintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe, reliable transportationHandle cash and digital payment transactions accurately and securelyOrganize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout your shift, adapting to changing circumstances with resilienceFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure personal and public safetyProvide detailed feedback on delivery attempts and customer interactions to support continuous improvementCollaborate with team members and management to meet daily delivery goals and operational targetsRepresent our brand professionally in all customer-facing situations, building trust and loyalty Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to an insured vehicle in good working condition that can be used for delivery purposesMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesProficiency with GPS navigation and mobile technologyPhysical capability to safely lift and carry deliveriesProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeAbility to work flexibly across various shifts and adapt to business demandsValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries BENEFITS
