Safely operate an insured vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned territories throughout LouisvillePlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize travel timeProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including customer signatures and payment processingPerform pre-delivery and post-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper maintenanceCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsHandle cash and digital payments securely and accuratelyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicleBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the company's brand with professionalism and enthusiasmOrganize and manage delivery items to prevent damage and ensure timely arrivals Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesMust pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and deliver items of varying weightsEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team coordinationFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery demandsA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfactionPreferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience BENEFITS
