Main duties of the job As the Registered Manager at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will lead a refurbished care home in Norton Lees, Sheffield. This permanent position offers a salary of circa £75,000 DOE along with benefits. Key responsibilities include leading the team to ensure a safe and effective service, championing person-centered care, reviewing and adapting care plans, risk management, and safeguarding practices. You must have exceptional leadership and management skills, with experience in care homes and CQC compliance. The role requires a full-time commitment of 42 hours per week, and candidates must have a management qualification or willingness to work toward one.

Qualifications Essential
