Health and Wellbeing - You will provide support, companionship, conversation and engagement with your clients Personal care - You will support your clients with bathing, dressing and oral care Meals and domestic tasks -You will help the client to prepare and eat healthy meals, snacks and beverages. You will assist in light cleaning tasks Mobility - You will support the client with moving around their home to enable them to live as independently as possible. Social activities - You will encourage and support with trips out, social engagements and activities in the client's home Medication -You will prompt, assist or administer medications and creams Mentorship - As a senior care assistant you will support new staff in their induction period and mentor them Spot checks -You will occasionally carry out spot checks and supervisions as directed by your Registered ManagerAbout Agincare
