About this role
<p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.</span></li> <li><span>Over 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling IVD products (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay).</span></li> <li><span>Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.</span></li> <li><span>Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.</span></li> <li><span>Domicile in Jakarta.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Provide services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customer’s request.</span></li> <li><span>Handle and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure customer’s satisfaction.Generate revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.</span></li> </ul>
