Your team provides essential competencies in electrical engineering, hardware planning, and hydraulic systems & fluid technology for slide gate product platforms, machinery, and customer-specific solutions. The role combines technical leadership, people development, and transformation ownership. It ensures that capabilities in electrical design, hardware engineering, CAD-based documentation, hydraulic aggregates, control elements, and actuator systems are available, standardized, and continuously developed in line with future business needs. The skill pool acts as an important enabler for reliable, safe, and reproducible industrial solutions. It supports the transition from customized project engineering to modular, scalable, and ecosystem-ready product platforms by establishing robust standards, clear documentation, and industrialized solutions for internal and external reproduction.
