Supply Chain Service Executive FTC
Contract type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Working hours: 37.5hr per week, day shifts, working 5 days out of 7 (including rotational weekend work)
Location: East Kilbride

Join our Supply Chain Customer Operations team and play a key role in delivering best in class service for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
Managing customer orders using systems such as SAP and AS400, ensuring orders are accurate and on timeActing as a key point of contact for customers and Supply Chain partners, resolving queries and service issuesOwning service level reporting and proactively identifying and resolving performance trendsMaintaining accurate customer data and communicating updates across the businessSupporting cross functional meetings and collaborating with internal teams to improve service deliveryCreating and following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and excellence What we’re looking for
Experience in supply chain or customer service with strong Excel skillsA confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a proactive approachAbility to manage priorities, solve problems and work to tight deadlinesA team player who takes ownership and builds strong relationshipsDesirable experience with SAP, AS400 or Cognos and an understanding of FMCG supply chains What you’ll receive
