Quality Control Coordinator
Location: Telford Salary: £38,414 + Overtime (1.5x) Shift: 4 on 4 off (Days only – 7am to 7pm)
We’re looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join Müller at our Telford site.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards, supporting laboratory operations, and driving food safety excellence across site.
Working alongside the Quality Control Manager and wider technical team, you’ll act as a key link between the lab and operations, ensuring accurate testing, reporting, and continuous improvement of quality processes.
What you’ll be doing
Managing out-of-specification (OOS) results and supporting root cause investigationsProducing quality reports, highlighting trends and driving corrective actionsEnsuring all testing meets brand and customer standardsMaintaining laboratory equipment, calibration, and complianceSupporting audits, traceability studies, and accreditation standards (CLAS)Managing laboratory consumables and stock controlSupporting factory trials, shelf-life analysis, and technical projectsMaintaining and developing LIMS systems and documentation What we’re looking for
Previous laboratory or quality experience (food or FMCG desirable)Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator with good problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience of working with data, reporting or technical systems (e.g. LIMS advantageous) What you’ll get
