Main duties of the job Our Operational Trainers are crucial for maintaining the high standards of care at Barchester Healthcare, ensuring staff are competent and work compassionately. Trainers play a vital role in providing staff development across our homes and hospitals, aligning with Barchester's ethos. This position offers the chance to see staff grow from their first day onward. Trainers are responsible for delivering induction and development training, and ensuring that training files are up to date while promoting learning and development opportunities. This role is home-based with required regional travel and involves direct interaction with new staff, including induction preparations and ongoing support.

Qualifications Essential
C&G 7300 (or equivalent), Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or experience in the social care sector, Working knowledge of legislative requirements in care sector, 2 years training experience, Full UK driving licence.
