Main duties of the job As a Home Manager within the Barchester family, you will be a leading face in the delivery of person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people. We empower our home managers to be the best leaders they can be, providing them with a clear framework and the autonomy to manage their homes with additional support and infrastructure. Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Inspirational leadership skills, passion for person-centred care, a successful track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organisational and management skills, care home management experience, marketing and occupancy experience, strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines, ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels, and experience in creating strong links within the local community.
