Experience within a nursing home setting is essential, along with evidence of continual professional development and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. You must also be flexible, willing to travel, and possess some HR experience and sales and marketing knowledge.

Qualifications Essential

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
