ABOUT YOUTo join us as a Regional Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. You must also provide evidence of continued professional development and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. An experienced nurse, you'll have worked in a care home environment and are a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses. Your leadership skills, sharp analytical mind and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on your action plans enables you to deliver impressive results.

Qualifications Essential
Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration. Evidence of continued professional development is required. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements is necessary. Experience in a care home environment as a clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses, is important. The role demands leadership skills, a sharp analytical mind, and the ability to share knowledge, build relationships, and deliver on action plans.
