Main duties of the job As a Weekend Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility and maintaining high-quality care for residents. You will answer calls, manage files, support managers, welcome visitors, and engage with residents. Interaction with prospective clients and their families is also part of your role, providing them an insight into the care home environment.
