Job summary
The main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) nursing team and practice educators in the form of clerical support with clinics, organising staff training needs, maintaining staff records, taking and distributing accurate minutes of meetings and the immunotherapy (IO) multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meeting, as well as producing quality and performance data and supporting on SACT projects.
Interview date: Tuesday 21st July PM, Poole Hospital. No other dates will be offered.
Base location: University Hospitals Dorset - Bournemouth and Poole Hospitals
Main duties of the job
You'll provide support to our team through administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning and general organisation.
Ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the service and adapt to changing aspects of the service
Ability to work as an effective team member as well as individually using own initiative providing administrative support to the SACT, IO practitioners and educators.

Experience with Patient Administration Systems Working in the NHS or other relevant healthcare environment
