About this role
Job summary
You will act as the first point of contact in the Workforce division in respect of the communications and marketing functions, including newsletters and social media presence. You will produce a monthly magazine style Workforce newsletter, keep the Workforce intranet pages up to date, liaise with staff about new training programmes, workforce developments and events and how best to advertise and showcase them to the relevant audiences.

Main duties of the job
Suitable for someone who - has excellent written and oral communication skills and is able to liaise effectively with a range of people at all levels in the organisation. You will have a sound understanding of the importance of communications within an organisation and experience of using social media for a variety of purposes. You must be able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines and cope with changing demands and be able to work calmly and positively within a busy multi-functioning environment. The successful post-holder will have good organisational and administrative skills, enjoy taking on a varied role, and be willing to support colleagues as necessary.
