Each day is varied, where tasks might involve assisting with meals, following care plans, and dedicating one-on-one time with residents. In joining as a Bank Care Assistant, it's necessary to have prior experience caring for older individuals, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills. Empathy and genuine warmth are crucial, along with a deep compassion for providing the highest standard of care to residents. Training opportunities will be provided. The role offers flexibility to cover shifts as needed, including for holidays or when staff are on sick leave.
