Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you'll help residents enjoy each day by providing the quality care they deserve. You'll support our residents with needs like advanced dementia, multiple sclerosis, and neuro rehabilitation. Your role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing support and companionship, and enabling residents to create new memories. Every day will be different, focusing on work that is both varied and rewarding. You'll help residents with their meals, follow care plans, and ensure each resident spends one-on-one time with caregivers. This role offers a chance to work in newly refurbished units with a welcoming atmosphere and supportive management, ideal for applying your skills with dedication and compassion. You'll use your experience caring for older people and excellent communication skills to deliver the highest standard of care, supported by comprehensive training.
