Main duties of the job As a Maintenance Assistant/Gardener at a Barchester care home, you'll help create a safe and attractive environment for our residents. We pride ourselves on the quality and appearance of our homes, making your role critical in maintaining the buildings and gardens to the highest standards. This ensures positive first impressions and enhances the lives of our residents. You will work three days a week from 08:00 to 16:00 without weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance and gardening and a caring and patient nature, with an interest in supporting people. Qualifications Essential
Previous experience in maintenance and gardening. A caring, patient nature and a genuine interest in supporting others.
