Internal Communications Manager
Location: Hybrid
Salary: Up to £52,500 depending on experience with discrentionary annual company bonus (based on compay performance)
We’re looking for a creative Internal Communications Manager to help shape how we connect with our colleagues across the business.
Sitting within our small but mighty HR team, you’ll take the lead in bringing our strategy, vision and culture to life through compelling storytelling and impactful communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
Designing and delivering an internal communications strategy that inspires, connects and engages our teamsCreating standout content across emails, newsletters, intranet and social platformsPartnering with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging internally and externallyLeading communications during change initiatives and crisis situationsSupporting leaders to communicate with clarity, confidence and impactManaging and evolving our internal communications platformAnalysing engagement metrics to continuously improve effectivenessPlanning and delivering events and engagement initiativesCollaborating across departments to keep everyone aligned and informed What We Offer

Proven experience in internal communications within a large organisationStrong digital communications and channel management experienceExceptional writing and storytelling skillsExperience supporting change communicationsEvent and engagement delivery experienceConfidence working cross-functionally and building strong relationshipsStrategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindsetExperience in CSR/ESG communications (a bonus)Background in leisure, retail, or hospitality (helpful, but not essential) Ready to bring our story to life?
