Main duties of the job
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals, collaborating to deliver exceptional patient care We value proactive and flexible individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, working across our various sites, including Kingston Hospital, Teddington Memorial Hospital, Raynes Park Health Centre, and Surbiton Health Centre Our department offers a wide range of examinations, including abdominal, gynae, MSK, vascular, paediatric, small parts, and obstetrics, allowing you to expand your expertise and grow professionally To be eligible for a Band 8a role, you must be an advanced clinical practitioner with more than three years of post-qualification independent scanning experience, demonstrating a high degree of autonomy and clinical decision-making responsibility. Additionally, you should possess the ability to manage a complex caseload and perform a variety of scans with proficiency Managerial or leadership experience is ideal for this role We currently have an essential need for multi-skilled sonographers who are able to scan a variety of paediatrics, MSK and vascular ultrasounds.
