Job SummaryYou will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) of NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of agency travel policies and regulations to support administrative operations; 2) Adhering to credit card procedures and protocols to authorize purchases and provide guidance to purchase card holders on staff; 3) Utilizing computer software applications to create presentations, manage databases, and generate documents for personnel functions; and 4) Maintaining documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with record management requirements. Major DutiesYou will verify travel entitlements and special authorizations are correct and in compliance with the Joint Travel Regulation/Joint Federal Travel Regulation, existing directives and policies.You will coordinate with NLEC procurement department to ensure availability of funds for the line of accounting.You will maintain files and records in accordance with the NLEC internal operating procedures for the purchase cards to ensure documentation is in compliance.You will produce monthly reports to reconcile and verify individual and command Personnel TEMPO data.
