About this role
Operations and technical training personnel design and develop operations and technical training materials, including Job Task Analysis, Objective Development, Evaluation material development, training materials, and online modules. They ensure that content is relevant to approved Task-To-Training Matrix, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals. They analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and operations/technical management to provide input for course content. They plan and coordinate skills assessments and training, and they develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.
