Cisco HCI & Hardware Architecture Design, size, and deploy Cisco HyperFlex (HX) clusters — standard, stretched, and edge configurations — aligned with performance and availability SLAs. Architect Cisco UCS B-Series, C-Series, and X-Series environments with UCSM and Intersight-driven policy-based management and lifecycle automation. Lead integration of Cisco HyperFlex with Cisco ACI / Nexus switching fabric and Cisco MDS SAN for unified workload environments. Own capacity planning, hardware refresh cycles, and firmware/software lifecycle management across all HCI and UCS estates. Develop and maintain HLD/LLD design documentation, cable plans, and rack elevation drawings for all HCI deployments. ☁️ Nutanix Platform Architecture Architect and administer Nutanix AOS / AHV environments managed via Prism Central, including cluster expansion, upgrades, and performance tuning. Design and implement Nutanix software-defined storage services: Nutanix Files, Objects, and Volumes for unified workload requirements. Lead Nutanix Calm-based infrastructure automation, blueprint development, and self-service provisioning workflows. Implement Nutanix Flow (micro-segmentation) and Nutanix Security Central for network policy and security posture management. Drive Nutanix Cloud Clusters (NC2) strategy for hybrid cloud extension to AWS and Azure environments. Active Directory & Identity Services Architect and administer multi-domain Active Directory forests including DNS, DHCP, FSMO roles, Sites & Services, and AD replication topology. Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security baselines, software deployment, and user environment management. Implement and maintain hybrid identity using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Connect with Password Hash Sync, Pass-Through Auth, or ADFS. Own Public Key Infrastructure (PKI / CA) services, certificate lifecycle management, and LDAPS integration across platforms. Lead AD security hardening initiatives including tiered administration model, Protected Users, PAW workstations, and credential guard. Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 tenant (E3/E5), covering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Lead M365 migrations including hybrid Exchange co-existence, IMAP cutover, and cross-tenant mailbox migrations. Manage Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance, MDM/MAM policies, and Autopilot provisioning. Implement Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview (compliance / DLP), and Conditional Access policies. Monitor and optimise M365 service health, licensing allocation, and usage analytics via Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Viva Insights.
