This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs across the region. This role ensures that our Total Rewards strategy remains highly competitive, cost-effective, and fully aligned with both global guidelines and local market realities. A key focus of this role is to leverage advanced data analytics, complex spreadsheet modeling, and process automation to streamline regional C&B operations, eliminate manual workflows, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
