This pivotal role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the Trust’s patient flow and discharge agenda.
We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking nurse leader who brings strong negotiating and influencing skills, alongside the ability to thrive within a large, complex organisation. The successful candidate will support and lead the delivery of safe, effective, and timely patient flow and discharge processes across LTHT.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and cross-city partners, you will play a critical role in facilitating safe and timely patient discharge, improving patient experience, and supporting system-wide flow.
The role includes line management responsibility for:
· Clinical Site Managers
· Discharge Lead Nurse
· Oversight of the Discharge Lounge Facility
