As a Coll - EXE, you will play a vital role in our customer care team, acting as the primary point of contact for customers. Your main objective is to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of customer interactions, providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and professional response. • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. • Efficiently resolve customer issues, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships. • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up. • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. • Identify and report any potential customer service trends or issues to the management team. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer care. • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer care or collections role, preferably in a call center environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages being an asset.
