NeoWork is an AI-first business process outsourcing company with 300+ teammates across the Philippines and Colombia. We build embedded teams for fast-growing companies in tech, healthcare, gaming, and ecommerce.
We are hiring a Head of Design to own the visual identity of NeoWork across every channel. You will lead design for landing pages, sales and marketing materials, and social media, shaping how the brand shows up to prospects, clients, and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain landing pages that convert, working closely with growth and marketingCreate sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templatesOwn social media visual content across LinkedIn and other channelsBuild and maintain a consistent visual system across all brand touchpointsTranslate brand guidelines (navy, mint, Mont/Montserrat/Poppins) into consistent, high-quality outputPartner with founder and leadership on positioning and visual storytellingManage design requests and prioritize across competing deadlinesBring fresh creative direction as NeoWork's brand and content needs growRequirements
4+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio spanning web, marketing collateral, and social content Strong command of Figma and modern design toolsExperience designing for conversion, not just aestheticsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects without heavy oversightStrong communication skills and comfort presenting work to leadershipAn eye for brand consistency across formats and channels
Nice to Have:
Experience with Webflow or other no code web buildersBasic motion design or video editing skills for social content. Experience in a startup or agency environment with fast turnaround needsBenefits
