Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial accuracy. Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and operating plans. Maintain standard costs and bills of materials (BOMs). Oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies. Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution, and inventory variances. Participate in production and operations meetings. Support internal controls, audit readiness, and asset protection. Partner with operations to improve manufacturing performance. Supervise front office administrative and accounting activities.
