They use their extensive knowledge of security best practices and their ability to assess and respond to threats to keep clients safe. Duties & Responsibilities Can Include Roam assigned areas to prevent crime and unauthorized entry. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems. Utilize weapon detection systems and tools. Respond to emergency situations. Conduct security checks of buildings and grounds. Interview people entering and leaving the premises. Enforce client security policies and procedures. Report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Provide protective escort. Identify and address security vulnerabilities and gaps.
