Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanupUse power tools and hand tools safely and effectivelyAssist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activitiesFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job siteMust have a All PPE (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and Steel Toed Boots)Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on timeRequirements
Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferredAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWillingness to work outdoors in various weather conditionsBenefits
