Get to Know the Role

You will lead our comprehensive security and crisis management programs, ensuring organizational resilience and safeguarding our assets, personnel, and operations. You will develop and implement strategic security programs while maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements.

This role is an onsite role at our Exquadra Tower Office in Ortigas Pasig and will be responsible to supervising other offices of Grab in the Philippines.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Strategic Security Leadership and Compliance: Oversee comprehensive corporate security strategies aligned with organizational goals, international standards, and local Philippine security regulations.Crisis Management and Business Continuity: Lead crisis management, disaster recovery, and resilience frameworks, including the design and execution of emergency response protocols.Risk Assessment and Threat Intelligence: Conduct detailed risk assessments and vulnerability analyses while analyzing new security threats and industry trends to enhance defenses.Operations, Tech & Budget Management: Oversee daily security operations (including access control and surveillance), manage security budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and lead technology implementations.Partner Engagement and Community Relations: Coordinate with internal partners, government agencies, and external partners, placing an emphasis on relationship-building with local Philippine leaders and community organizations.Security Culture and Executive Briefings: Design organization-wide security training programs while preparing comprehensive briefings and reports for senior leadership. What Essential Skills You Will Need

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate security management or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience with Philippine security landscape and local regulatory environmentIncident & Crisis Management: Expertise in crisis management, emergency response coordination, business continuity planning, and strategic media/crisis communications.Risk Assessment & Compliance: Strategic approach to security risk assessments, threat mitigation, compliance management, and regulatory frameworks.Security Technology & Data Analysis: Proficiency in advanced security systems, technology platforms, and data analysis tools to identify and counter new cyber threats.Leadership & Interdepartmental Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership experience managing security teams and driving interdepartmental programs.International Security Standard Certification like ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or equivalent will be an advantage but not mandatory Life at Grab
