About this role

Job summary Could you support adults experiencing substance misuse and mental health difficulties to move towards recovery and stability?

As Drug and Alcohol Professional - Registered Mental Health Nurse, youll work within the Drug and Alcohol Team, delivering recoveryfocused care in the community. Based primarily at the Martyn Mackie Treatment Centre, youll work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, acting as a key worker for a mediumcomplexity caseload and contributing to assessment, treatment, risk management and recovery planning across the Isle of Man.

Main duties of the job Daytoday work includes building therapeutic relationships, delivering interventions on a onetoone and group basis, promoting wellbeing and supporting individuals to make positive changes. Youll also contribute to training, share specialist knowledge and support the ongoing development of services.

Registered mental health nurse with current NMC registration
