If you enjoy solving complex technical problems and delivering outstanding customer support, this is an opportunity to work with leading Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and Hybrid Cloud technologies. You will troubleshoot and resolve enterprise customer issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and help improve product serviceability while ensuring an exceptional support experience. We offer a collaborative, multicultural environment and a hybrid work model (3 days in the Barcelona office) .
