We’re looking for a driven and experienced Manager, Worldwide Support to lead a high-performing team of Technical Support Engineers in a fast-paced, global environment. In this role, you’ll combine strong leadership with technical understanding to guide your team through complex escalations while maintaining a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in building a collaborative, high-impact culture—working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Field teams to deliver exceptional support experiences. Our Barcelona hub is home to a diverse, international team representing over 30 countries. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Worldwide Support, you’ll be supported in your development while helping others thrive. You’ll lead, mentor, and inspire your team, ensuring performance excellence through effective prioritisation, conflict management, and clear communication. You’ll also provide visibility through reporting and act as a key connector across global stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years in support roles, including 3+ years managing engineers, strong escalation experience, and excellent emotional intelligence.
