We’re hiring a Manager, SE Academy in our Barcelona hub to bridge global program strategy with regional execution across EMEA. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the operational delivery of the EMEA Academy—ensuring every cohort is seamlessly scheduled, resourced, and mentored. Working closely with Global Program Leadership, you’ll translate strategy into a best-in-class learning experience for Associate Systems Engineers, shaping the next generation of technical talent. You’ll lead day-to-day hub operations, manage performance and career development for Associates, and act as the key link between the Academy and EMEA SE leadership—ensuring graduates are fully aligned to regional business needs. From driving recruitment alongside Talent Acquisition to overseeing technical coaching standards, you’ll play a central role in building both capability and culture. This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and a passion for developing people. You’ll also provide data-driven feedback to continuously improve the global program while acting as the first point of escalation for any operational or personnel challenges. We’re looking for someone with proven people management experience, strong technical credibility in customer-facing roles, and a deep understanding of the EMEA tech landscape.
