Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Practice Nurse to join Umbrella Medical, a well-established group of GP practices across the Walsall area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performing team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
The successful candidate will be primarily based at Hatherton Medical Centre, with flexibility to work across our other practice sites as required for training, development, and service needs.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to the practice population. Key responsibilities include managing patients with long-term conditions, providing health promotion and preventative care, and undertaking clinical assessments.
The role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong clinical decision-making skills while supporting the wider multidisciplinary team and contributing to continuous service improvement.
