Job summary
The Senior Learning Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to staff within the Learning and Organisational Development functions. This will include providing support to staff from across the team on a daily basis, dealing with complex and routine enquiries and assisting in the provision of a quality administrative service.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking administrator to ensure the provision of high quality learning and development opportunities to support our staff to deliver outstanding patients care and maintain safe working practices.
You will be a team player, positively promoting co-operation and contributing to ongoing service improvements and system/functionality rollouts. This role requires excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications Essential
Educated to GCSE Level including Maths & English NVQ Level III in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent portfolio of experience
Desirable
RSA Level 2, ECDL or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience Essential
Knowledge of administrative procedures General administration and office skills experience Data entry and retrieval using databases Servicing meetings e.g. agenda, minutes etc

Experience and knowledge of ESR/OLM NHS experience
Skills & Aptitudes Essential
