Job summary
GP surgery multi-site receptionist: Opportunity to work at an expanding multi-site GP
Full time 40hrs per week

Main duties of the job
Receiving patients consulting with members of practice team
Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patient and checking names, address and contact details.
Be able to cover all reception positions as necessary
Deal with visits requests
Computer data entry and medical records.
Process patients change of address computer data and medical records.
Process repeat prescription request in accordance with practice guidelines.
Have working knowledge of telephone/bleep system, during and after hours.
Ensure building security have thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm.
Any other tasks allocated by manager
