Dublin Position: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role The Queens, Dalkey is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a busy bar environment and will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Operate the till and process customer payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area at all times. Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment. Ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing regulations. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a bar or hospitality environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good level of spoken and written English. Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude. Must have the legal right to work in Ireland. Candidates residing in or near Dalkey and the surrounding areas will be strongly preferred due to operational requirements. Personal Attributes Professional appearance and manner.
