Specialized Experience: One year of demonstrated specialized experience which includes: identifying maintenance or repair requirements for facilities, equipment, and/or systems; developing contract performance work estimates; tracks and analyses work order databases/systems to track all projects; OR reviewing or monitoring engineering projects through all stages of development. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-10). Major DutiesResponsible for the overall management of the work order process, including scheduling, coordinating, and reviewing work orders.Responsible for determining work prioritization, method of execution, and work classification, and provides customer feedback.Perform analyses and evaluations, initiates corrective actions, and prepares reports presenting results of analyses.Reviews all submitted customer work orders for conformance with DPW mission, installation guidelines, and funding policies.
