Job SummaryYou will serve as a PRODUCTION PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing research and analyzing data from multiple systems to determine cause of program/operational (e.g., Safety, Quality, Process, etc.) deficiencies and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Major DutiesYou will analyze and determine the cause of production program delays and extract production data to provide recommendations and solutions.You will coordinate work with various support codes and trade shops who are responsible for execution of production tasks.You will provide input on policies, procedures and processes to improve production program output.You will provide input on the development and review of production training.
