QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Three (3) months of laboring experience required. Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task assigned. NOTE: The above minimum qualifications must be described within the duties of previous work experience listed on the applicant's resume and/or supporting documents. A copy of all documents must be submitted at the time of application.
Major DutiesMaintain Park grounds through mowing, trimming, and trash removal; safely operate tractors, utility vehicles, and trucks.Execute special event setups and tear downs, including stages, banners, and various support equipment.Sanitize public restrooms and pressure wash pavilions and common areas to ensure facility cleanliness.Coordinate equipment rentals by managing the issuance, return, and repair of items like bounce houses and dunk tanks.Performs all duties as assigned.
