At Relax Gaming we are opening a unique position as Operational Manager for the Bingo product. In this position you will be responsible for keeping the games running, you will be responsible for our back office support towards our clients and you will get the opportunity to do analysis on our games which will be the foundation when making business decisions. You will mainly be interfacing with numbers and customers. Our customers are other gaming providers, so you will be working in a B2B environment. You will need good attention to details and the ability to prioritise effectively. The role is highly collaborative and requires good communication skills while operating across internal and external areas to ensure our product meets our customers’ needs. You need to be highly motivated with a “can do” attitude and the ability to use own initiatives. In addition, given that the role is constantly in motion, you need to be able to work under pressure and to meet the deadlines. Naturally, good organizational skills are needed as are analytical skills including excellent knowledge of Excel. This is an entry level position but also a position with undefined potential for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the rest of the bingo team to optimize product strategy and ensure KPI targets are met Establish, maintain and foster excellent partner relations Liaise with in-house resources and operators to set up promotions and campaigns Track the performance of promotional campaigns to identify and solve problems that may arise Do analysis on customer behavior and promotions Responsible for running the back office tool Support our bingo product planning, implementation and execution Location and nice to know: The role is based in Malmö, Sweden. The Relax Gaming office is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of Malmö. It’s a five-minute walk from the Central Station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right on our doorstep.
