Job summary
This is a new part time role for 22.5 hours a week working as part of the newly formed Operations Team providing admin support. A sound professional working relationship will be required with the GPs and staff working within the Practice.
Main duties of the job
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and operational summaries
Managing parking fines administration
Maintain policy registersRun data performance reports
Support digital access platformsProcess clinical appointment books
Log complaints and significant events and carry out investigations
Assist with governance data
Problem solve basic IT issues

Qualifications Essential
Good standard of education with good literacy and numeracy skills
Experience Essential
Good interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised and excellent attention to detail Time management and ability to prioritise workload Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other IT systems Ability to work autonomously Ability to follow policy and procedures Accuracy in recording data
Desirable
Track record of administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar Knowledge of EMIS Web Clinical System
