Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years experience in IT asset management or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) software
- Experience with Service Desk and ITSM tools
- Working knowledge of Active Directory
- Technical experience with Microsoft Windows
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software, from procurement through deployment, maintenance and disposal
- Raise CAPEX requests for IT equipment and manage spending against them
- Maintain accurate ITAM records for laptops, phones, servers and software licences, and investigate discrepancies or missing hardware
- Coordinate joiner, mover and leaver logistics with IS Technical support, ensuring requests are logged and new starters have equipment ready on day one
- Lead audits, compliance requests and documented evidence-gathering processes, escalating breaches
- Produce asset usage and risk reports
- Work with suppliers on repairs, replacements and renewals
- Manage the UK IT Administrators, report to the IS Technical Manager, and hold regular reviews with global teams to raise issues and drive process compliance
